Beyond the photographs
Kyoto wasn’t memorable because of its temples.
It was the quiet streets that stayed with me. Every alley, workshop and weathered wooden façade felt carefully composed, as if the city itself understood the beauty of restraint. The smallest details became just as memorable as the famous landmarks.
